TechTrain’s programs are designed to reflect Bloom's hierarchy; a foundational model for teaching and learning. Our Explorer, Builder, and Creator program structuring gradually moves learning objectives up the hierarchy to focus on demonstrable learning progress.

This approach, which forms a key component of each program, allows us to personalize the learning experience and help students grow in competence, confidence, and independence, all in a safe and supportive environment.
