How does TechTrain work with parents to ensure appropriate conduct?
Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive a first lesson joining information email to your provided email address. Please save this email, as the information should remain the same for the duration of your course.
In any event where the information may need to change, you will receive an update email to your provided email address.
If circumstances will cause you to miss an upcoming class please notify TechTrain 24 hours prior to your lesson time.
TechTrain will attempt to schedule a make-up session, once per course, in the event of a notified absence.
